Boeing India Engineering is looking for Product Review Engineer to support Service Engineering Capability at Bangalore, India. Our team of engineers support over 14,000 aircraft around the globe, and work closely with our customers to ensure that their fleet is operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. Position Responsibilities:
- Apply knowledge of Boeing design principles to assess and resolve product/process issues through the product lifecycle.
- Analyzes, conducts root cause analysis and develops dispositions for design non-conformances.
- Apply engineering principles to research technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer and designs interim and final engineering solutions.
- Identifies documents, analyzes reported problems and communicates deviations that could impact design intent and safety; recommends and manages resolution.
- Fundamental understanding of in-service manuals, allowable damage limits and acceptable minor deviations (Structural Repair Manual, Component Maintenance Manual, etc.)
- Designs interim structural repairs and conducts simple static strength analysis.
- Analyses existing type design data related to interchangeability to respond to customer queries.
- Develop and implement product/process improvements.
- Supports Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participates in design reviews.
- Represents the engineering community in the build through post production environment.
- Ensures supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing standards.
- Develops non-destructive test procedures, tools and standards. Conducts simple static strength analysis.
- Willing to support a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule and the ability to work variable shifts, including weekends or overtime.
- Being a self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Boeing and external partners.
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with airworthiness regulatory agencies.
- Experience in post-production environment or a production MRB engineer.
- Experience in repair disposition of composite structure.
- Experience supporting end users in a customer service role.
This position is expected to be 100% at BIETC Campus. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in engineering is required
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in structures engineering.
- Experience supporting end users in a customer service role.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 or more years of experience in structures engineering.
- Experience supporting end users in a customer service role.
- Experience with static analysis
- 3 or more years of experience working with MRB (Material Review Board) activities related to aircraft structures.
- Experience working transport category airplane certification or production/fleet support projects involving FAA approval.
