Supports deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools, and metrics to accurately measure progress and drive continuous improvement.

Capital planning and financial management including control of overhead expenses.

Practice excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships.

Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

Experience in one or more of those areas: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Project Management.
Qualifications We Prefer

Previous experience in executing improvement to processes, systems or products to enhance the performance of a job area

Broad understanding of Electronics design, quality and production requirements and a demonstrated ability to continuously improve these processes.

Strong management skills including the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision, goal setting, delegation, coaching, and motivating.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

Very organized with a systematic task approach to achieve accuracy and efficiency.

High computer literacy and confidence/skill working within Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access) and familiarity with Raytheon systems (PRISM, PDM, VBS)

Experience with unit hour performance, cost account management or other budgetary duties
-
EVMS Level 2 Certified or Advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
