Team with the Program Director and Program Managers to lead multi-function teams in the execution of contracts.

Interface regularly with functional counterparts including Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Facilitate the tailoring and tracking of Program Management processes to meet contract requirements.
-
Coordinate the activities of teams by facilitating meetings and program reviews as well as regular reports.
-
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of schedule products such as the Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedules.
-
Manage Risk and Opportunity across the program.
-
Coordinate the tracking and delivery of contract deliverable requirements
-
Potential travel as needed
What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience

Prior program/project management experience
-
Prior experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems.
-
Prior experience leading cross functional teams.
-
Prior experience balancing technical, cost and schedule constraints to meet program deadlines and expectations
-
Level 6 PM Certification or possess industry related PM certifications (or similar certifications)
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Relevant Advanced Degree in a related field.
-
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and developing startup and kickoff packages for management review and approval.
-
Prior experience supporting development, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
-
Experience supporting programs with high technical risk and high visibility.
-
Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, management, and/or closeout.
-
Product lifecycle management experience.
-
Proficiency with the PMX tool suite or similar program management systems.
-
Experience supporting programs using a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
-
Program Management Certification Level 5 or external equivalency PM certifications.
-
An active and in-scope Top-Secret US security clearance.

Current program access.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
