Description:This program management position reports directly to the Program Director within the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) program and will drive Product Integration. The position will be responsible for driving execution and integration of all aspects of the design, development (SW and HW), procurement, systems integration and test, production support and sustainment of the LRHW weapon system. The position will also be responsible for LRHW growth and strategy for domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts.
The Product Integration Manager for LRHW will support the LRHW Program Director in managing a cross-functional, multi-site team comprised of Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Operations, Quality & Mission Success and Sustainment. This Program Manager must be comfortable working in a highly dynamic customer environment, be comfortable managing large scale subcontractors, and be able to translate dynamic customer needs into an actionable plan aligned with the overall objectives of the program. In addition, this role, in conjunction with the Program Director, will strategize, vision cast, and implement an actionable plan to enhance and grow related business opportunities both domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience and demonstrated success with execution and integration of complex programs
• Experience working with senior stakeholders (Lockheed Martin and/or US government), with demonstrated performance in building strong relationships
• Experience with strategy/business growth development in large scale weapon systems
• Production experience and/or transition to production experience
• Experience managing programs with significant contractor/subcontractor content
• Team-building and interpersonal skills leading cross-functional teams
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically or internationally to support key program events
Desired Skills:• Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
• Experience in development of large-scale aerospace or defense-related weapon systems
• Demonstrated experience in leading multi-discipline technical teams through program life-cycle, with increasing/varying levels of responsibility
• Experience working with US Army senior stakeholders, with demonstrated performance in building strong relationships
• Experience with software development, hardware development/redesign, and/or system integration
• Experience with the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) standard and/or familiarity with training exercise success
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
• Risk and opportunity management experience
• Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
