Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with 6+ years on the Salesforce platform and strong hands-on architecture experience. This role combines technical leadership, solution design, and client engagement in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce architecture and implementation design
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design and oversee complex low-code and custom development
- Guide integrations, security models, and platform best practices
- Support discovery, testing, training, and delivery efforts
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years Salesforce experience; 4+ years in an Architect role
- Strong Apex, Flows, Process Builder (5+ years)
- CI/CD experience (cumulusCI a plus)
- Experience with 2nd Gen Packages
- Proven debugging, automation, and integration skills
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Litify, SQL, prior Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
