Overview
As a Business Analyst on the Reporting, Analytics, and Data Science (RAD) team, you will own the management and optimization of web data within Microsoft Fabric. This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making by ensuring high-quality data ingestion, modeling, and accessibility. You will partner with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver automated reporting, insights, and AI-driven solutions that modernize our data ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Data Management: Lead ingestion, transformation, and governance of web data in Microsoft Fabric to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Reporting & Insights: Design and maintain automated reporting solutions in Power BI to support business reviews and KPI tracking. Data Product Ownership: Manage 1P Store Data as a Product (DaaP) for web data, driving usability and adoption across teams. Business Analysis: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data workflows and reporting solutions. Modernization Initiatives: Champion best practices for data architecture, automation, and AI integration to improve efficiency and scalability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to align data solutions with business priorities.
Qualifications
Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric for data ingestion, modeling, and governance. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python for analytics and automation. Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms. Ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights. Experience managing large-scale web data and building centralized data products. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in analytics workflows. Background in reporting automation, KPI monitoring, and campaign analytics. Knowledge of virtual agents or AI-powered analytics tools.
Business Analytics IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
