Development and execution of test events cumulating in multiple flight test demonstrations.

Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements.

Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.

Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. Familiarity with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and/or fault tree analysis.

Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Consent to Ship (CTS), Test Readiness Review (TRR), Engineering Safety Review Board (ESRB), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.

Lead field testing and travel for durations typically for one- or two-week duration.

Document and distribute situational reports during the execution of test events to the program leads and test event stakeholders.

Liaison between the test execution team, customer representatives (when present) and program leads during the preparation and execution of the test events.

This position may require up to 50% travel during periods that include field test execution.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.

Experience with preparing and conducting test related reviews (CTS, TRR & ESRB’s) and developing plans and procedures

Experience as a Test Director or Lead of Integrated Product Team including leading field tests

Experience with hardware and software integration, preferably on military platforms
-
Experience with lab environment, electrical troubleshooting, utilization of lab equipment and hardware builds.

Experience with conducting technical presentations and reviews
-
Ability to become certified in explosives handling for 1.1 products

Experience with failure investigations and/or RCCA's (Root Cause Corrective Action).

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Experience with integrating test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms.

Experience in a test environment with emphasis in test execution. Preference for experience in both test planning/strategy in addition to test execution

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
