Responsible for program controls, customer financial / funding reporting, quarterly EACs, internal financial performance reporting, financial forecast (including AOP and LRP), and workforce planning.

Support proposals and contract negotiation activities.

Manage direct report including providing training, assignment, and career development opportunities. Identify program finance staffing needs and facilitate hiring/ onboarding of new employees as needed.

Facilitate performance development process and timecard approval.

Top candidates will raise the performance level of their team and provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.

Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.

Experience leading high performing/high visibility teams.

Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module, Business Warehouse or similar system.
-
Experience in Program cost schedule and control, financial planning, or similar role.
-
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with DoD contract financing and billing.

Experience in annual CSDR, CDRL reporting.

R6Sigma / CORE Specialist or familiarity with Six Sigma / CORE processes.

Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures.

Self-starter highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude.

Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills required.

Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience presenting to leadership and peers.

Experience managing multiple priorities.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
