Description:Position is a staff member of the LMCPI/REM/Lease Administration Organization serving as a key member supporting all things related to real estate compliance. Primary responsibilities include:
• Maintaining Portfolio Hierarchy in LMBuildings (Geography, Locations, Organizations, External Companies and Contacts).
• Generates frequency and ad-hoc reports related to the Annual 10K Report and Proxy Statement, CMS 950 Lease Accounting Review.
• Updates Future Events and other Real Estate Dashboards using Tableau and LMB system generated reports
• Manages SOX Key Controls related to Lease Administration
• Supports internal REM/Lease Admin team and cross functional teams such as SALT, Corporate Accounting, Business Area Real Estate requests.
Position will work directly with Lease Admin Sr. Manager and REM Module Lead on all REM related Change Requests/Issues (CRIs) to ensure system functionality and REM priorities are being achieved.
• May be asked to initiate CRI and perform testing in lower environments to ensure authorized requirement is ready before promoting to the production environment.
Performs other related tasks as assigned such as special projects and leadership request.
Basic Qualifications:• Proficient in MS Excel: Formula & Function, Data Analysis & Modeling, Automation & Efficiency, Reporting & Visualization
• Prior experience in converting manual processes into digital/electronic processes.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities: define, analyze, generate solutions, monitor results
• Documents Processes and Procedures including writing documented scripts/guides for others to utilize as needed
• Forward thinking abilities, takes initiative, works independently without waiting for specific instructions.
Desired Skills:• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin CMS-950 Accounting for Leases.
• Experience and knowledge of Real Estate processes and procedures
• Product knowledge of tools such as: Tririga/LMBuildings; Tableau software
• Familiarity with SAP/S4HANA applications
• Knowledge of Operating Expense Reconciliation analysis

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
