Overview
The Gate House Attendant is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role combines hospitality and security, ensuring controlled access while providing a warm, professional welcome that reflects the community’s luxury standards.
Pay: $19.00- 20.00 Per Hour.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury residential communities; experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and diplomatic in all situations.
- Effective time management and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills for planning and reporting.
- Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work early/late hours and weekends.
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments as required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily reports and visitor records.
- Monitor security cameras and gate equipment, promptly reporting any issues.
- Assist with emergency response procedures as needed.
