We are looking for a Salesforce administrator that can work independently, as part of a team of developers and existing Salesforce administrators.
The Salesforce Administrator will join a team focused on optimizing efficiency and fully leveraging the system’s features to meet the needs of various user groups. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical and communication skills who can collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and manage system updates and improvements. Responsibilities include tasks such as adding or removing users, creating custom fields, and performing general administrative functions like user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine duties. The role also involves providing administrative support and training to Salesforce users across the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience with Salesforce.com
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Developer certified - preferred
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong data and project management abilities
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. This position is not remote, it is IN Person.
