Job Title: ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) to play a pivotal role in our large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects, with a focus on the HRSD & Employee Workflows suite. As a BPC, you will act as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions to drive maximum value from the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Process Consulting:
Partner with HR leaders, process owners, and stakeholders to develop and refine business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze and redesign business processes to ensure they align with strategic objectives and are optimized for the ServiceNow platform.
Champion configuration over customization, thoroughly reviewing and documenting any non-standard approaches.
Requirements & Backlog Management:
Translate business needs and process improvements into clear and actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.
Solution Delivery & Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are both impactful and strategically aligned with business goals.
Required Skills & Experience
A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience with at least two full-cycle implementations of ServiceNow HRSD, including case management, knowledge management, and the employee service center.
Experience with ServiceNow Life Cycle Events preferred.
Practical experience in designing and implementing complex employee workflows.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience acting as a Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and to analyze and redesign business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
