About this Position As a Customer Excellence Specialist focusing on deductions, your primary goal is to ensure the integrity of our financial transactions by thoroughly reviewing and assessing customer deductions and chargebacks. Your expertise will help investigate cases, prepare credit notes, and facilitate effective communication with internal teams such as Sales, Brokers, and GBS+ to resolve disputes efficiently. You will collaborate with a dedicated team committed to continuous improvement, working together to streamline our deduction resolution process. What you´ll do
- Review and assess customer deductions and chargebacks to evaluate case validity
- Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Broker or local and GBS+ teams) to review documentation and resolve dispute case
- Create and release credit notes with accuracy and within established timelines
- Accurately document resolution steps and outcomes in the deduction tracking systems and tools
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the deduction resolution process
- Provide operational and/or ad hoc tasks support such as reporting, escalation and other relevant activities
