About this Position As a Logistics Planning and Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance and excellence in our logistics operations. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer questionnaires and compliance requests while maintaining vital documentation, such as Conflict Minerals reports. Working within a collaborative team environment, you’ll report directly to the Logistics Manager and play a pivotal role in monitoring performance through regular updates to scorecards and achieving service level agreements (SLAs). What you´ll do
- Respond to customer questionnaires and compliance requests, including Conflict Minerals documentation
- Update and maintain scorecards regularly, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Support daily logistics operations by providing administrative assistance and process expertise, including acting as backup when needed
- Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities to enhance existing processes and workflows
- Meet agreed service levels (SLAs) and contribute to achieving overall team performance targets
