What you´ll do
- Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Efficiently manage Salesforce/ Service Cloud administration and management of notification and cases
- Monitor and provide updates on order delivery status to enhance customer satisfaction
- Generate and print invoice copies and other activities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with releasing billing blocks and generating necessary reports from SAP, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness
- Create and distribute weekly Open Order Reports and other reports using SAP systems
