We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Human Resources to join our team. In this role, you will learn HRIS system management and employee data maintenance, HR administrative processes and documentation procedures, and compliance tracking and reporting systems.
As aSummer Intern in Human Resources at JLL, you will:
Employee Records Management: Maintainand update employee files in HRIS systems, process new hire paperwork, and ensureaccuratedocumentation of personnel changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations across JLL's global workforce.
Benefits Administration Support: Assistwith openenrollmentprocessing, benefits inquiries, and coordination with insurance providers whilemaintainingdetailed records of employee benefit selections and changes in compliance with company policies.
Compliance Documentation: Support regulatory compliance efforts by organizing I-9 verifications, tracking training completions,maintainingaudit trails, and preparing documentation for employment law requirements across multiple JLL locations.
Payroll and Timekeeping Support: Assist with payroll processing verification, timesheet auditing, and PTO tracking while ensuringaccuratedata entry and resolution of discrepancies in collaboration with the payroll team.
HR Administrative Projects: Provide general administrative support including scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, processingemployment verifications, andmaintainingconfidential HR filing systems and databases.

Education, Skills, and Experience
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Estimated compensation for this position:
8,200.00 – 9,636.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
