Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos de control de los equipos.
· Conocimiento de las diferentes unidades de medida.
· Ajuste y calibración de controles.
· Conocimientos de los diferentes dispositivos de control y operación (termostato, presostato, válvulas de tres vías, modutroles, etc.).
· Conocimientos de operación de bombas, equipos paquete, extractores de aire, torres de enfriamiento, etc.
· Conocimiento de los diferentes dispositivos y medidas de seguridad y control.
· Conocimiento de las unidades de medición de presión, temperatura y eléctricas.
· Mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de infraestructura HVAC, resolución de problemas y trabajo en conjunto con
monitorista BMS.
NOTA: La posición adicional a las actividades relacionadas a sistemas HVAC apoyará al equipo técnico en:
- Movilizaciones de mobiliario
- Recepción de proveedores
