The Process Center Agent is for preparing provisions for all aircraft according to Company, Client, and Regulatory policies and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and designated storage areas
- Unpack, repack, and stage supplies as required
- Pick, pack, and distribute supplies and equipment
- Sort laundry and prepare items for transport to laundry services
- Verify inventory records against physical counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety, security, and airport compliance procedures
- Support other team members and departments as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, and cold
Qualifications
- Warehouse or similar experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Safety-focused mindset

- Fast-paced airport and warehouse setting
- Exposure to aircraft, heavy equipment, and moving vehicles
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work areas
