Summary/Objective:
The FP&A Manager will analyze past financial performance to predict future performance and to advise the company on its financial strategy. This role will lead all FP&A and help support other key company initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to build out the strategic finance capabilities of a scaled and growing business and serve as a partner to the CFO.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze business and financial data for ACI.
- Oversee all financial modeling including the company's annual and interim forecasting.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, key drivers, and actionable insights.
- Establish consistent KPI dashboards across the company; collaborate with financial and operational teams to empower them with data driven decision making.
- Assist in reconciling monthly financial data between company ERP software (Vista) to Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software.
- Assist in preparing key reports including monthly financial MD&A.
- Support ad hoc company projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO.
- Creates financial models and analyses as a basis to support organizational decision making.
- Establish allocations and labor burdens, as necessary.
- Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
- Analyze industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
- Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
- Input Fixed Asset data and run depreciation calculations within Fixed Asset software (Asset Keeper Pro).
- Work with software engineer to automate reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or similar roles.
- Prefer construction or project-based experience but not required.
- Strong understanding of business drivers and experience supporting key strategic decision making.
- Exceptional MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with Power BI (including report writing) and CPM systems preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Two years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or computer programmer analyst OR valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate with at least one year of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or computer programmer analyst.
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass post-offer pre-employment drug screen and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history).
- Must adhere to all company policy and procedures.
- Must be available to work assigned schedules
