Description:Join Lockheed Martin's Final Assembly Quality Team as a Action Officer
This role is critical in driving operational excellence, facilitating business rhythm, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. You’ll support leadership in tracking performance, managing key initiatives, and preparing for future production growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing
• Business Rhythm Management: Execute build team business rhythm by collecting, preparing, and reporting key performance metrics.
• Strategic Coordination: Facilitate recurring meetings, ad-hoc reviews, and support VIP engagements, tours, and employee engagement activities.
• Performance Oversight: Consolidate and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), cost, and schedule. Provide trends and insights to senior leadership.
• Executive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level reviews, ensuring completed staff work and integration across the F-35 Production Program.
• Action Item Management: Document, track, and ensure timely closure of action items on behalf of senior leadership, escalating constraints as needed.
• Project Management: Lead strategic initiatives with detailed plans, schedules, and assigned resources. Ensure accountability and flawless execution.
• Future Planning: Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning for increased production rates, ensuring readiness and alignment.

• Project Management Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Experience developing, monitoring and/or reporting metrics.
Desired Skills:• 2+ years of aviation quality experience
• Experience in project management and use of project management tools
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) efforts
• Experience briefing senior leaders
• Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting techniques a plus
• Experience in collaborating with teams to manage project completion

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
