Description:You will be the Subcontract Administrator Senior for the Subcontract Administration team. Our team is responsible for managing high‑value subcontracting activities that enable development, production, and sustainment of critical programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator Senior you will be responsible for shaping subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms that drive cost‑effective, low‑risk outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare bid packages and conduct bidders’ conferences.
- Develop evaluation criteria, analyze proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.
- Draft comprehensive subcontract packages, award documents, and administer resulting subcontracts.
- Coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to existing subcontracts and align vendor‑management practices with peer Business Analysts.
- Exercise delegated authority to sign supplier agreements and purchase orders while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Basic Qualifications:• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with procurement under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR), Labor Management Agreement Program (LMAP), Cost Accounting Principles (CAP), and related acquisition policies and procedures.
• Proven expertise in building‑trade supplies, materials, industrial gases, machinery, and maintenance operations.
• Proactive, customer‑focused approach with the ability to manage a demanding workload efficiently while delivering high‑quality service.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in collaborative environments and contributes effectively as a team player.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including hands‑on experience with SAP or comparable enterprise resource planning systems.
• Willingness to travel as required by the position.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
