What you´ll do
- This position involves operating machines and production equipment safely and efficiently on various equipment on the line. You will play a crucial role in technical troubleshooting and perform minor mechanical maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal productivity. This position if for 2nd Shift and the hours are 2:30pm to 10:30pm
- Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
- Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Ensure that all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards to deliver high-quality products
- Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Participate in HPS activities. o DMS-Daily Management System: CILT, CL, DH CILT-Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening CL-Center lining DH-Defect Handling TBM
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
