What you´ll do Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Channel Management
- Develop and execute the brand's (mydentity, SexyHair, DevaCurl, STMT) content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Create, capture, and edit visual and video assets (Reels, carousels, Stories, Pins) aligned with the brand's developing aesthetics
- Monitor trends, community conversations, and emerging formats to keep the brand's presence fresh and relevant
Community Building & Advocacy
- Foster connection by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and highlighting user stories
- Partner with Education and Brand teams to bring stylist's expertise and educational moments to life across channels
Creator & Influencer Collaboration
- Support creator briefings, review deliverables, and ensure brand storytelling aligns with campaign goals
- Track content performance to identify top creators and successful collaborations
Content Production & Creative Excellence
- Plan and execute agile, efficient content shoots to capture social-first moments that celebrate real hair and transformations
- Ensure all content meets brand quality standards and is optimized for mobile and social performance
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze engagement, reach, saves, shares, and sentiment across Meta and Pinterest channels
- Partner with Paid Media and Business Intelligence to identify amplification opportunities, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights to inform ongoing content strategy
