What you´ll do
As a Project Coordinator for Adhesives Technologies, you’ll manage global „Management of change“ projects of low and medium complexity within our adhesives business unit. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the project´s lifecycle, including scheduling and steering meetings, tracking progress in project tool (Planview) and handling documentation.
- Driving the cross functional revision of product portfolios to ensure they align with customer needs.
- Leading virtual international teams and organizing regular meetings.
- Providing updates to stakeholders.
- Preparing and presenting projects for gate reviews.
- Actively strive for continues improvements opportunities and sharing best practices.
