Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of project management proficiency, critical thinking ability, and effective organizational skills to develop and execute sound recruiting strategies. Subject-matter expertise of applicable employment law is a requirement. Expert judgment, grace under pressure, and personal resilience are important qualities for success in this valuable role.
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic thought partner to the Director, Executive TA, constantly communicating, influencing, and acting as the business owner of assigned organizations outside of running requisitions.
Partner and actively build collaborative relationships with hiring leaders across many different organizations to understand hiring needs and strategic objectives, as well as candidates’ level of experience and desired characteristics or competencies.
Strong stakeholder management, client influencing, and advisory capabilities a must.
As the subject matter expert, work with assigned functional area’s Human Resource partners and hiring leaders to develop desired recruiting strategies, screen qualified internal and external candidates, and professionally onboard new employees.
Employ continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of executive recruiting plans, methods, tools, and processes.
Assist hiring leaders in developing appropriate job descriptions that will attract a well-defined candidate pool.
Understand the external factors that impact the supply of top talent, GM’s bold position, salary level structure, candidate supply, and candidate requirements for various job categories.
Train hiring leaders in the interviewing and onboarding processes.
Communicate with HR and hiring leaders on candidate and new employee needs throughout the interviewing and onboarding process.
Work closely with the Executive Compensation team to build and deliver offers.
Run a full desk, end to end, sourcing to close.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of executive recruiting experience is required.
Undergraduate degree or relevant recruiting experience.
Previous Executive Recruiting Experience directly from Top Tech companies such as Meta, Facebook, Alphabet, Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Uber, or related Tech Startups like Waymo, OpenAI, etc.
Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with passive, niche, high demand niche executive talent.
Ability to engage, retain, and negotiate with top executive talent candidates through to interview phases to offer acceptance.
Compensation:
The expected base compensation for this role is $114,400 – $211,200 USD Annually.
Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
