Support the build of developmental test missiles and back up the Development Flight Test Lead.

Support the program’s flight/field test effort primarily by managing the build of flight and field test missiles
-
Coordinate with the USG customer, range personnel, and with internal stakeholders across functions
-
Coordinate across engineering functions and Ops, documenting pedigree, analyzing test results, supporting the generation of missile build plans and configuration definition, extensive documentation and support to internal and USG processes
-
Some travel (~25%) is required to support field test events
-
Support the Production & Recert Flight Test Lead with team management and technical expertise

Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience.

CTS/TRR experience
-
Hardware systems integration, platform integration and/or flight test experience
-
Experience supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the field
-
Experience with Verification and Validation methods
Qualifications We Prefer

Knowledge of the Tomahawk system and program
-
Knowledge of the Tomahawk missile build process
-
Knowledge in the use of PRISM
-
Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues

Experience creating integration and verification strategies
-
Technician experience working on military platforms, such as Fixed Wing, Rotary Wing, Ground Based, and ship-based platforms
-
Experience in integration with test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms
-
Experience in integrating RF/EO sensor output, either modulated waveforms or streams of digital samples used for real-time representation of RF/EO scenes data collection / analysis (including Telemetry)

Experience in a test environment with emphasis in test execution

Experience in both test planning/strategy in addition to test execution
-
Experience directly coordinating with USG customers & test personnel

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
