Job Description:
The Senior Site Director is responsible for the overall performance of the Anasco Manufacturing Facility site.
This role includes translating business and commercial strategies into inspiring goals, providing clear direction to the leadership team, and ensuring expectations are well communicated. The Senior Site Director ensures adherence to production plans while upholding high quality and compliance standards, including manufacturing and ISO regulations, as well as effectively introducing new products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Foster a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) accountability, achieving cost of conversion targets, and driving cost reduction while aligning site strategy with both network and Digital strategies.
- Build and nurture profitable external relationships, engage with the local community, and collaborate with leaders across functions (Quality, Engineering, Finance, etc.) to deliver successful end-to-end supply chain solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Proactively create a purpose-driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and the enterprise.
Deliver Excellence in Execution
- Responsible for overall performance of the Anasco Manufacturing Facility and delivery against production plan
- Ensure quality and compliance for multiple site; define manufacturing and ISO standards
- Create an environment that prioritizes and holds site leadership accountable for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
- Meet cost of conversion goals with an understanding of net cost change and tax implications; drive down costs and waste
- Set site strategy in alignment with network strategy and define operational plan to execute it, aligned with Digital strategy
- Translate business/commercial strategy into clear and compelling goals to engage others around the vision
- Provide clear direction for leadership team (not all have direct reporting relationships to plant manager) to ensure clarity of expectations and responsibilities
- Ensure profitable external relationships and drive engagement with the local community
- Influence across the matrix and collaborate with other functional (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Materials, Finance, IT, HR, Planning) and supply chain leaders to ensure alignment between on-site functional leaders with the broader site goals and priorities
- Complete strategic/value stream projects as they are tied to the business—ensure plant goals are tied to commercial priorities
Create Life-Enhancing Innovation
- Build diverse talent pipelines and capability for the future leaders of the organization
- Drive continuous improvement with maximizing the strategic goals/broader network priorities
- Balance the tactical day-to-day execution with a strategic focus to prepare the plant to respond to future internal needs and external trends (customer and market needs)
- Build effective working relationships with other site leaders to maximize efficiencies and resource capabilities
- Champion for the site across internal network to position the site as a viable manufacturer of new product needs
- Report to Global Platform Leader (GPL) or regional leader
- Champion and drive reliability across the site.

QUALIFACTIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 12+ years’ experience in Operations Management function
- 10+ years people management experience
- Experience with Healthcare Compliance / Regulatory Requirements and Quality Systems audit by major Regulatory Bodies
- Six Sigma or Lean Belt Certification is preferred
