As a Senior Systems Engineer , you will be at the heart of this transformation—leading systems engineering efforts that ensure seamless integration of sensors and compute platforms. What you’ll be doing (Responsibilities)

Lead all aspects of systems engineering for sensors and embedded platforms, from requirements to integration.

Own subsystem-level strategy and influence platform-wide decisions.

Develop and maintain technical specifications, requirements, and interface definitions.

Drive architectural reviews and enforce best practices for embedded development.

Collaborate across hardware, software, and test teams to ensure seamless integration.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building.

Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

3+ years of experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, or sensor integration.

Bachelors Degree in relevant field or relevant work experience.

Strong understanding of system engineering processes, V-Model, and safety-critical design principles.

Experience in one or more of our key technology areas: sensor platforms, operating systems, or middleware

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, or sensor integration.

Familiarity with ISO 26262 and functional safety standards.

Ability to read/understand source code (C/C++) and system models.

Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

Experience in product release and specification processes.
