Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished and seasoned Project Director with over 30 years of experience in overseeing commercial and mixed-use greenfield projects. This role demands a strategic leader who can leverage their extensive expertise and relationships to deliver high-profile projects that align with our firm’s and our clients' exacting standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
Over 30 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically in commercial and mixed-use greenfield projects.
Proven history of delivering large-scale, high-value projects within time, scope, and budget.
Deep understanding of the Mumbai real estate landscape, including regulatory, economic, and industry trends.
Strong leadership presence with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in advanced project management software and analytical tools.
