Strong market positions in Surface preparation of steel Aluminum parts.
Focus on differentiated technologies such as Rolling Oil, Cleaner, Passivation and TOC(functional coating).

What you´ll do

Executing strategy – working closely alongside senior leadership and to support executing strategy for Greater China in order to grow the business and support business excellence.
Driving sales – developing and implementing regional commercial strategy with sales and marketing.
Responsibility – focus on customer relations & distributor management, ACE pipeline in line with KSI’s and strong operations.
Driving culture – creating and shaping an innovative, collaborative, and inspiring working culture.
Coaching & developing people – create a highly motivated, professional and skilled team.
Building a strong & motivated Sales team in the sub-region.
