Job Description for E3D Modeler – HVAC
Qualification: Preferably Diploma with 8-10 years experience in HVAC modeling activities in Oil and Gas domain. Shall be a self starter and experience in Offshore projects will be an added advantage.
Skillset
·Hands-on experience in E3D modelling including routing of HVAC ducting including accessories likeGrilles, dampers, Louvers, etc based on Air Flow Diagrams and PIDs specifically for Offshore Projects.
·Hands-on knowledge in S3D is an added advantage
·Basic understanding of HVAC systems ability to communicate in English.
·Equipment layout for Air Handling Units, Fan Coil units, Blowers, Chillers, etc.
·Layout & detailed drawings for air side systems like ducting and accessories in 2D when required
·Equipment modelling based on Vendor data
·Preparing Air Flow Diagrams and PIDs in AUTOCAD / MICROSTATION
·G.A. Drawing Extraction in PDMS.
·Support Selection and Modeling as per Support Standards.
·Generate HVAC MTO
