Position Summary
We’re seeking a Retail Business Communications Manager to help shape and elevate how CVS communicates with colleagues across stores, field leadership, and the Customer Support Center. In this role, you will lead communication planning, strengthen engagement across business units, and support the transition to a new enterprise-wide communications platform. You will work closely with partners across Colleague Experience, Change Management, Store Operations, and Field Leadership to deliver clear, effective messaging that drives alignment and supports operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance internal communication channels, content, and cadence to improve how information flows across retail teams.
- Develop and support written content—including field and store communications, job aids, best practices, and presentations—that is clear, actionable, and aligned to business needs.
- Build trust with partners by continuously improving day‑to‑day communications and gathering feedback to identify gaps or opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with business units; translate their needs into communication solutions that support colleague and operational success.
- Prepare and deliver portfolio updates to senior leadership in clear, concise formats.
- Support the advancement of a multiyear roadmap toward a new enterprise communications platform.
- Influence colleagues across teams to support change adoption and communication best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance communication effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a communications-related role or equivalent CVS corporate or store experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of communications experience.
- Experience developing communications for large, diverse audiences and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to influence peers and leaders without direct authority.
- Proficiency with communication and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite).
- Skilled in collaborating through remote tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, WebEx, OneDrive).
- Basic understanding of visual or video-based storytelling.
- Familiarity with methods for measuring communication effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent CVS corporate or store experience.
- Master’s or advanced degree in a related field preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
