Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the role of Execution Program Manager for the Navy’s Coyote Blk 3 Launched Effects (LE) efforts. This effort expects to have between $125M to $250M in sales per year. The mission is to provide the Navy and other users with a lethal loitering munition to support an urgent warfighter requirement. Initial focus is on completing the PMS-340 Navy Launched Effect Medium Range (LE-MR) system development with concurrent start of rate production, deployment and support efforts. Also responsible for program growth and capability expansion (ISR, RF, EO/IR and Communications Relay) of the Navy LE-MR system to fill other warfighter needs in the Army, Marines, Air Force and International.
The Navy Launched Effects portfolio is in various stages of the program lifecycle that includes development, production, training, fielding and sustainment to multiple customers. You will lead the development of capability roadmaps driven by US and International customer evolving needs and ensure alignment with the Launched Effects product and development roadmaps. Primary lead for Navy new business pursuits with the Requirements & Capabilities Team, Engineering, Legal, Supply Chain, Contracts and Finance.
You will directly report to the Maneuver Systems Program Director and will be responsible for leading all aspects of program execution to include cost, schedule, technical performance, production, growth and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
· Responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial (EVMS), technical, and schedule performance of the program
· Drive tactical execution while meeting strategic objectives
· Develop, inform and achieve AOP and LRP goals and objectives
· Serve as the primary interface with multiple customers to develop and influence program priorities, execution, growth and funding strategies.
· Collaborate with financial planning to ensure top-level master phasing and the integrated master schedules meet program strategies, objectives and milestones
· Lead the program EVMS, EAC and risk and opportunity process, in accordance with the specific financial goals and obligations
· Lead proposal and associated capture and startup activities for development, production and support efforts
· Lead internal reviews and executive briefings pertaining to program efforts to include Gates, EACs, contract proposals, negotiations and definitization efforts
· Manage RLPM process for assigned programs
· Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
· Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
· Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
· Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems to include Earned Value Management
· Experience balancing technical, cost and schedule on production programs
Qualifications We Prefer
· Demonstrated experience managing large/complex program execution efforts in development, production and/or sustainment programs in the defense industry
· Working knowledge of multiple contract types (FAR, OTA, ID/IQ), execution and management
· Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process to include program revenue and profit recognition to minimize risk to the organization
· Production execution experience in a manufacturing environment
· Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals, developing proposal review and start-up packages for management review and approval

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
