Senior Business Systems Consultant to join the Cards Merchant Services and Personal Lending Pricing team. The functional title for the role is Senior Business Execution Consultant. This role will focus on delivery and maintenance of new credit card pricing and offer terms and rules via established change management controls.

- Drive efficiency, quality, and effectiveness across assigned processes, ensuring smooth pipeline management.
- Research and analyze business and operational trends to inform smart, strategic decisions.
- Provide leadership and independent recommendations that help shape business direction.
- Support programs centered on risk mitigation, process optimization, and customer experience improvements.
- Partner with leaders to build process flows, project plans, and new policies and procedures.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Assess regulatory, product, and system changes that affect credit card pricing capabilities.
- Reconcile key data across systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with credit card product capabilities, including co-brand programs.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience in audit, internal controls, workflow design, vendor coordination, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with microservices, system integrations, JSON, and modern messaging frameworks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit card configuration (4+ years).
- Experience with change management, control monitoring, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
