Education and Minimum Requirement:
- Masters in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, or PhD or equivalent degree in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline with a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and experimental design.
- Strong hands-on experience and working knowledge of statistical and data processing software e.g. SAS and/or R.
- Must also demonstrate the ability to learn, be proactive and motivated, and consistently focus on details and execution.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to function effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience applying DOE to real-life industry problems.
- Experience in reliability analysis and acceptance sampling
Notes:
- Hybrid schedule with plenty of flexibility. Schedule can be discussed with the manager when on assignment.
- Hybrid – Wok location to choose from either UG,PA or Rahway, NJ(preferred)
- Preferred candidate would be someone who has experience in the industry- Biopharma/Medical device/ Pharma-internships-actual co-op with the companies/industry for minimum 3 years.
- Experience with Design of experiments. Exposure working with other scientists.
Responsibilities
Research CMC Statistics
General Responsibilities:
- Develop study design (DOE), statistical analysis, and reported output.
- Engage with scientists as necessary to understand requirements to design study experiments and discuss results
- Experiment design entails having joint conversations with scientists to discuss the issues and constraints on study design and execution.
- Generate study reports as needed.
