Job Description - The Role: The Incentives Team
The Incentives team within Transformation to Deliver is passionate about driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across the enterprise. We operate as a global organization, supporting various functions including Finance, Controllership, Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Dealers and a growing list of new business partnerships.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of direct reports of production support analyst for all Incentives products
- Support the triage and resolution of production issues related to CIMS, Connected Incentives, and OTD Claims, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Partner closely with business and IT teams to ensure issues, feedback, and inquiries are documented, prioritized, and resolved appropriately.
- Provide support to Dealers by addressing inquiries and resolving system or process-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with partners across multiple business functions to understand end-to-end business processes and anticipate partner needs through both proactive and responsive engagement.
- Leverage process improvement and system implementation expertise to design innovative solutions and contribute to global transformation initiatives that drive measurable business results.
Additional Job Description:
Yours Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and/or project management
- 1-2 years of experience leading a team
- Proven experience applying Operational Excellence, Design Thinking, and other structured methodologies to drive process improvements
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally in internal and/or external consulting environments, with a track record of successfully executing projects and delivering measurable results
- Detail-oriented with strong business acumen; experience evaluating financial metrics and assessing project outcomes
- Comfort working with technology and familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, as business needs require

- The ability to be a change agent, using influence, education and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changes.
- Report out on process transformation performance to manager on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of dealer processes and incentives
Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the - Global HQ Warren Mi three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
