Raytheon Advanced Product & Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit is seeking a Program Manager, Associate Director – EOIRS Navy Production. This role calls for a dynamic leader eager to operate within a fast-moving, evolving portfolio that is transforming how EOIR systems are developed, produced, sustained, and maintained for the U.S. Navy and its partners. The position spans a mix of programs—from early-stage development efforts to high-volume production—while driving expansion into new markets and customer applications beyond our current base. The successful candidate will lead through strong cross-functional engagement, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development to shape emerging requirements and execute programs with rigor. A demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, including cost, schedule, margin, and investment trade-offs, is essential, along with growing the portfolio through both legacy systems and new product introductions.
This role is onsite in McKinney, TX.
What You Will Do

Accountability for profit and loss, AOP, and financial metrics for the portfolio

Lead and provide career coaching to team of direct reporting program managers
-
Directs the cross-functional team supporting the product line to meet established targets and metrics
-
Identifies and reacts to problems and supports solutions, such as allocation of resources and operational execution.

Acts as the organization’s representative to interface with key internal and external stakeholders to present a positive image of the company

Manage and grow the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
-
Supports annual 5-year LRP, monthly forecast and weekly SRO efforts for the business,
-
Supervises the appropriate use of all resources allocated to the program to ensure efficient use of resources
-
Lead proposal and negotiation activities with domestic customers, industry partners and suppliers
-
Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon’s Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM)

Domestic and international travel approximately 25% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

Experience leading profit and loss related activities of DoD contracts as a program manager
-
Experience managing, tracking, and/or reporting metrics through EAC review and customer Program Management Reviews
-
Experience managing development programs transitioning from development to LRIP or production
-
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Qualifications We Prefer

Working knowledge of USG and RTX contract formation, execution, and management

Experience in executing and meeting Long Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan

Experience working in FAR part 12 contracting

Execution experience leading a team of program or project managers

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
