Work as a collaborative team member with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal to construct and submit proposals to win new business; negotiate price and terms; advise management of contractual rights/obligations; and manage contracts after award.

Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes and contractual issues.

Influence others through the explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Investigate and resolve contractual matters by critically thinking, gathering detailed information, seeking innovative contracting techniques, and proactively collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

Provide advice/guidance on contractual rights/obligations, regulations, and policy/procedure to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes.

Review proposals to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements, represent a balanced risk/opportunity posture and deliver a financially sound business case while meeting company policies and standards.

Work with local DCMA/DCAA on government contracts.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires University Degree and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Experience reviewing RFPs, proposals and contractual documents for contractual requirements and risks,
-
Experience in performing as key contributor during the pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation and start up phases of programs
-
Experience with multiple contract types (CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE, T&M, OTA) that are governed by FAR, DFARS and/or other Agency Supplements

Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret after start

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:

An active in-scope transferable DoD Top-Secret clearance

Experience working in classified areas

Experience developing and maintaining high-performance relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers

Experience working competitive pursuits in excess of $100M

Demonstrated ability to use clear and concise written and verbal communications

Advanced Degrees and National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certification

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
