CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and use models/tools for analysing performance and coordinating the sales forecast process for DACH as well as giving recommendations for improvements - focus Key Account data & analytics (Sales Forecasting Tool)
- Identify and evaluate available data within the organization to improve forecast accuracy.
- Create models and tools to connect and analyse the data to reduce time to insights.
- Provide recommendations to respective departments and t management team based on the analysis
Develop and use models/tools for multi channel marketing effectiveness and providing improvement recommendations for B2B2C ecosystem / digital activations
- Identify all available databases within the organization.
- Create models and tools to connect and analyse the data.

Develop and leverage existing KPIsfor ROI monitoring to enable Management team to optimize overall investment strategy - with special focus in the area of
- Key Account (NIS/NTS sales, trade marketing/CoAd activity tracking)
- Marketing (Volumes/NTS, trial lenses, CRM campaigns, market share data, Study results like Incidence Study)
- New Product Launches
- Continous Improvement and Maintenance of most widely used platforms in DACH (incl. SFDC/MC, SAP and Tableau) with shared responsibility between two Business Analysts (BA)
- Business Continuity, with other BA – covering f.ex. analytics for FieldSales Team, Commission Payment , SalesForce
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Analyst / Business Analyst.
- Additional experience of min 2 years in a commercial role considered a strong plus.
- Educational Background: Higher education such as business school and/or engineering degree and/or master's degree in data engineering/analytics.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Proficiency in tools: Advanced level in Excel, knowledge of database management systems like Access, familiarity with ERP systems like SAP/JDE, CRM (Sales Force), data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in
- sales data (internal, panels, etc.) and in promotional activity data
- primary and secondary market research techniques
- Strong foundation in data analysis and interpretation
- Familiarity with common forecasting methodologies
- Ability to
- design performance monitoring systems
- analyse and synthesize large amounts of data
- brief and manage a market research provider
- Project management skills: Proficient in local/regional cross-functional organization and coordination between different departments
- Presentation / Management summary skills: Strong ability to present results in a clear, convincing, and concise manner including action/improvement recommendation
- Language: Fluent in German and English is a must
- Others: Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
