About the Role & Team
The Growth Director will oversee the commercial performance of TWDC’s DTC business in Türkiye with immediate focus on the growth and profitability of Disney+ in the market.
The role will define and track the overall plan for Türkiye to achieve Disney+ growth targets and will support meeting these targets by partnering closely with and leveraging the dedicated DTC resources in each functional team. The Director will define and continuously improve the local growth strategy by understanding local opportunities and threats, defining plans that are joined up across teams, and updating these plans based on the most recent performance and local insights.
In particular, the DTC Growth Director will be accountable for Subscriber acquisition, engagement and retention, net subscriber growth, revenue and profit targets, as per the Long Range and Annual Operating Plans.
This is a highly strategic role that has direct and substantial impact on the overall success of Disney+ in Türkiye.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do
Required Qualifications & Skills
This role requires deep experience in digital commerce and subscription businesses, building strong relationships with other Functional leads in DTC and other LOBs, combined with the ability to build and retain high performing teams.
Specific skills and experience we are looking for include:
Extensive experience in digital commerce, with strong track record in delivering substantial commercial targets and budgets.
Direct experience of subscriber management and CRM
Proven leadership experience of building, developing and motivating teams.
Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
Highly analytical mindset and data-driven approach to delivering results.
Extensive experience in digital marketing.
Deep knowledge of subscription services and the broader media landscape.
The right collaborative, influencing and relationship building skills to be effective in a large global matrix organisation.
