About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant supporting the Dealer Management Monitoring Team within Auto Originations. As an individual contributor, the selected candidate will be responsible for investigating and litigating risk that is escalated or referred to us from line of business partners. In this role, you will:- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Wells Fargo Auto Origination experience
- Risk management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Auto systems such as; DIS (Dealership Information System), Tableau, Sales Force, iTop application, or ICMP
- JIRA experience
- Experience with Wells Fargo CreditRevue System (CRS)
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and the ability to effectively manage, build relationships, collaborate and partner
- Experience around reading and interpreting credit reports
- Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change to deliver results
- Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across various levels within the organization.
- Experience managing a pipeline of work from assignment to completion
- Ability to develop effective PowerPoint presentations to present to Senior Management
