ATIVIDADES
- Processamento de contas a pagar e a receber, conciliação bancária e controle do fluxo de caixa.
- Apoio na elaboração de relatórios financeiros e no acompanhamento de orçamentos.
- Controle e organização de documentos fiscais, notas fiscais e arquivos administrativos.
- Atendimento telefônico e recepção de clientes e fornecedores.
- Agendamento de reuniões, organização de agendas e redação de e-mails e comunicações internas.
- Alimentação de sistemas e planilhas de controle, preparação de documentos para assinatura e acompanhamento de prazos.
- Apoio em processos de compras, cotações e controle de estoque de materiais de escritório.
- Monitoramento de prazos de pagamentos e recebimentos, assegurando o cumprimento de procedimentos internos e indicadores básicos de desempenho.
