Boeing Global Services is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst (Entry Level, 1, Associate Level 2 or Experienced Level 3) to join our team in either the Hazelwood, MO or Berkeley, MO site.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry, Associate and Experienced Level Supply Chain Specialist.
The Supply Chain Analyst role should be able to have the willingness to learn and strive to demonstrate a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and a desire to provide world-class customer support.
Position Responsibilities:
Point of contact for program supply support activity
Provide status reports, briefs, and metrics relating to performance and mission readiness
Coordinate to ensure current supply status and contract commitments meet program schedules and plans
Resolves technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers
Interface with program and customer information management systems
Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
Demonstrates leadership through coordination of efforts between Supply Chain, Engineering, Program, Warehouse, Finance, and Contracts.
Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases.
Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of change impact to supply support system.
Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.
Responds to customer inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
Assists with order closeouts.
Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include supply capabilities, capacity and performance
Tracks the movement of parts through the life cycle
Ensure budget / EAC accountability for plan and open orders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
Experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors
Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience working both independently and in team environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Finance/Economics, Math/Statistics or other related field
3+ year of experience in developing forecasts and strategic plans, followed by inputting data into the system to initiate and execute the processes.
3+ years of experience in data analysis
Experience working with Supply Chain processes
Experience with USAF Supply

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Entry Level): $61,200 - $82,800
Summary pay range (Associate Level): $73,950 - $100,050
Summary pay range (Experienced Level): $90,100 - $121,900
