Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other measuring instruments to perform calibration of test and measurement equipment and inspect customer parts.

Appropriately log and communicate results, including identifying and reporting out-of-spec parts.

Review schedules and assist in planning, coordinating, and utilizing resources daily to meet company and customer commitments.

Communicate within and outside of the quality department to report on parts status.

Assist in resolution of operational, quality, and maintenance resource issues as they arise.

Report maintenance-related issues with equipment to appropriate personnel.

Notify other shifts of problems encountered and steps toward resolution.

Work in a team environment to accomplish work and solve problems.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Work on a manufacturing shop-floor environment requiring appropriate PPE.

This is a first shift opportunity. Days/hours are Mon-Fri; 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Overtime opportunity is available.

Qualifications You Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.)

Minimum of 2 years of experience performing precision measurements and inspections using CMMs or other measurement equipment.
Qualifications We Prefer

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and product blueprints in English.

Experience reading and interpreting FAA regulations and guidance materials.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
