An advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is preferred Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the institutional investment marketplace, with a focus on product management and development Demonstrated experience in an investment due diligence function across multiple asset classes is preferred Strong understanding of institutional investment products, including CITs, Separate Accounts, and LPs Proven experience in stakeholder and project management, with the ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with legal, risk, and compliance teams Proficiency in using investment manager databases and tools such as eVestment and Morningstar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders Proactive and hard working with strong professional accountability Exemplary verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and/or quantitative skills Must be very detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 160,000 and 270,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
