Collaborate cross functionally with subject matter experts to enhance the Firm's risk management framework, tools, and governance practices. Contribute to the design and execution of resilience strategies, and support internal and regulatory risk reporting requirements. Ensure operational stability and effective risk mitigation across key business platforms. Execute Crisis Management, Risk & Control Assessments, Control Design & Testing, and Process Optimization. Monitor and report on business metrics to identify patterns, trends, and areas where increased management attention is warranted to ensure timely completion of strategic objectives. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
