Technical Documentation Coordinator for our Digital Engineering team.
Advansor is looking for a structured person with a passion for data integrity to join the Digital Engineering team at Advansor.
Your role
If you are motivated by taking ownership of structure, accuracy, and consistency in product information, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a coordinator to play a key role in our technical development organization, where you will help ensure that our documentation is accurate, standardized, and well-structured to support both daily operations and future system development. You will act as a central point of contact for technical product data, bridging the gap between various systems and departments.
Main tasks
Your primary focus will be split between Technical Documentation (P&I) and Product Information Management (PIM), specifically focusing on:
- Maintaining and updating master technical documentation to ensure a "single source of truth."
- Securing structure and consistency in all technical documents to maintain high data quality.
- Coordinating the implementation of documentation changes across the organization.
- Supporting the daily use of our PIM system and contributing to the standardization of product data.
- Proactively reducing errors and inconsistencies across integrated platforms and systems.
Your background
You likely come from a technical and process-oriented educational background, perhaps as a Technical Designer or from a similar coordinating role. Ideally, you have experience working with documentation, structured data, or technical systems, preferably within a production, engineering, or product-focused organization.

As a person, you are self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working with technical information. Finally, you bring a curious mindset and a desire to learn and collaborate across different functions to find the best solutions.
