POSITION OVERVIEW: The Logistics Clerk Associate is responsible for the accurate operation of the Stockroom and Shipping & Receiving Dept., including maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing kits for the production floor, and managing incoming and outgoing shipments. This role ensures materials are properly received, stored, issued, and shipped in accordance with company procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Compares identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other required records
- Determines method and mode of shipment to customer requirements
- Assembles and packs product containers, prepare and affix shipping labels. Posts weights and shipping charges and affixes postage
- Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Inputs daily received and shipped items in computer ERP system
- Receives parts from Quality Inspection and place in designated stock area
- Inputs daily received and stocked parts into computer ERP system
- Notifies Cost Accounting department of adjustments
- Research discrepancies in actual stock versus requested stock
- Responsible for cycle counts or stock inventory
- Uses scale to measure and count parts
- Works with production team to issue additional parts as needed
- Reviews processes for continuous improvement opportunities
- Pulls kits for all product classes
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY: - US Citizen or Permanent Resident – Green Card Holder
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using shipping software and carrier websites (UPS, DHL, FedEx, ACE)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Effective problem-solving skills

Work Arrangement : Onsite
Pay Range: $41,600.00 - $49,920.00 [per hour]
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
