We’re looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager who will drive the development and execution of local marketing strategies to elevate Disney+ General Entertainment and the overall Disney+ brand. In this role, you’ll play a key part in launching standout titles, building long‑term engagement, and ensuring our stories connect meaningfully with Spanish audiences.
This job is a permanent position based 4 days a week in our office in Madrid.
What you would do :
As our Brand & Content Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for Disney+ General Entertainment and exclusive content in Spain.
- Craft and implement marketing strategies that align with business priorities and resonate with Spanish audiences.
- Partner closely with Brand, Creative, PR, Content, Performance, and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Conduct audience, content, and creative research to guide strategic decisions and strengthen cultural relevance.
- Manage media agencies in the development and rollout of full‑funnel campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand standards and performance goals.
- Support the launch of global and regional titles, adapting campaigns for the Spanish market and coordinating with regional counterparts.
- Contribute to insights decks, business cases, strategic plans, and post‑campaign analysis.
- Help shape Disney+ Spain’s long‑term brand strategy through research, strategic proposals, and innovative marketing solutions.
- Identify and activate brand‑building opportunities across content marketing, social media, partnerships, and PR/events.
- Collaborate with regional teams to share learnings, leverage best practices, and continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
Profile :
- 10+ years of experience in content marketing within the entertainment industry (SVOD experience strongly preferred).
- A proven ability to deliver high‑impact campaigns on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills paired with sound strategic judgment.
- Expertise in budget management and financial oversight for large‑scale campaigns.
- Experience leading complex, cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Creativity, curiosity, and an open‑minded, solutions‑oriented approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
