Administer PSP subcontracts and manage Change Orders and the Annual Product Sustainment Support (PSS) contract update process from drafting of original Request for Proposal (RFP) through definitization

Process and track purchase orders and invoices for work performed to meet annual F135 Depot Induction and Production plan

Manage the FAR required Fair and Reasonable assessment of PSP proposals

Track MRO&U financial performance and Estimates at Completion (EAC) and identify and report risks and opportunities to the cost aspects of assigned accounts, as well as perform data analytics to correlate MRO&U financial performance metrics, operational data, and customer requirements

Conduct contract year financial reconciliation with the PSPs to ensure final definitized cost and pricing data is executed

Manage the Subcontract Data Requirements Listing (SDRL) tracking, submission, and review processes

Design and execute automated reporting solutions incorporating program digital transformation resources
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
BS degree in aerospace, management, finance, or related fields
-
A minimum of 8+ years of experience supporting aerospace and or propulsion production or maintenance

At least 4 years of financial, business, or program management experience
-
Must be a US Citizen due to government contract requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:

Aerospace or propulsion technical background

Ability to apply financial insight and solutions to Depot issues and support structure

Knowledge of contracting, RFP, proposal, and execution processes

Previous experience with SAP or similar management systems

Proficiency with Microsoft software programs including databases, Project, and Visio

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
